Leading international specialty retailer headquartered in North America, USA Module lead (Dec 2005 to Jun 2006)

Managed specific modules within POS Requirement and Design project. As a part of strategic reimplementation of their POS platform, EAI interfaces were needed for inventory transactions in IBM Websphere Message Broker. He was the Module Lead for a set of interfaces and his responsibilities included Analysis, Design and Testing of the interfaces

Global financial services firm, London Functional Consultant (Nov 2004 to Dec 2005)

Was the lead consultant in the Change The Bank (CTB) team for enhancements to the Message Broker team in London for a period of one year. This involved extensive interaction with the client (business side), Microsoft (product side) and Infosys (solution side), often acting as a bridge in arriving at solutions.

Global financial services firm, London Functional Consultant (May 2004 to Nov 2004)

Provided Functional Consultancy during complete end-to-end implementation of the Message Broker project. Microsoft BizTalk based solution was used for handling all incoming and outgoing SWIFT traffic to/from London. His responsibilities included:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis
  • Estimation and co-ordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Creation of functional test cases and design of an automated system testing pack.

I used Discriminant Analysis to design a Geographical Risk Model and Launch Strategy Scorelist.
  • Developed a POS (Point of Sale) retail management system for billing and inventory management of a geographically dispersed Supermarket Chain programmed in C++ and Python, 2003, TAPMI
  • Designed a Managerial decision-making multiplayer game called “Quicksand” programmed in PHP and DHTML which was used in “Atharva” – A National-level Inter B-school event, 2004, TAPMI
